and waterfalls, spectacular sunsets, pools, volleyball, golf, tennis, shuffleboard, beach side
 hot tubs, seasonal pool side entertainment and food service, palapa restaurant and bimini
pool side bar, health spa, jet skis, parasailing. A water park, amusement park, shopping and
movie theaters are all nearby.
Gerald and I were guests for years before we were fortunate enough to become owners at
Edgewater Beach Resort. Since our first purchase, in 1996, we have owned a variety of
different units and have personally managed them. We have improved each of them on a
regular basis because we want our guests to return year after year to a condo of their choice
and find it in great condition. Our goal is to provide you a beautifully decorated, clean, well
equipped, condo with a great view of the sugar white sand and emerald green water along
one of "the world's most beautiful beaches" in Panama City Beach.
